Public and all visitors to this site: 1. You visit and use information obtained on this website at your own risk. The owners are hereby indemnified against all and any loss or damage users might incur as a result of this website or any actions/activities resultant from the use of or content on this website. 2. While every effort is made by the company to verify that information contained on the site is accurate and up to date, the company does not warranty hereto and accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies or costs arising therefrom.

Advertisers: 1. Your payments will be made via debit order between the 20th and 28th day each month. 2. The initial period of your advertisement will be for 12 months, the first three months will be at no charge and you will pay for the remaining 9 months at the quoted rate. 3. After the initial 12 month contract period, your advertisement will continue on a month to month basis with either party being able to give 30 days notice of cancellation at any time at his own discretion. 4. The parties accept an automatic escalation of 8% per annum. In the event of this exceeding 8% for any reason, it will be obligatory for the company to advise the advertiser in writing and offer them the opportunity to discontinue advertising. 5. While every effort will be made by the company to drive business toward the website and contact points of the customer, no warranty of any sort is given or should be expected by the advertiser. 6. All rates contained on the site are inclusive of VAT. On request, advertisers will be supplied a VAT invoice.
