The Gonubie beachfront is in my view, better than the main beach front in East London. This is a wonderful family destination, children are more than welcome and can play on the lawns or amongst the rock pools in front of the restaurant.
This is a lovely destination for walkers, beach goers and those who simply want to laze on our wonderful deck and enjoy a cup of good coffee. We offer guests an extensive snack and meal menu - our breakfast offerings and pancakes are very popular amongst locals and visitors. Please pop in, we’d love to meet you.

Location and setting
There can’t be that many coffee shops or restaurants closer to the shoreline than the Pancake House. The location is simply awesome! Be sure to take a short walk before or after your coffee.
