Kroonstad and surrounds
Kroonstad is the third largest city in the Free State and of one looks a little deeper instead of passing by on the highway, this city has some interesting attractions. The centre of a strong maize, dairy and meat farming region Kroonstad offers many leisure and water sport activities. Look out for Bloemspruit Monument to those who died in an Anglo-Boer concentration camp and the Garden of Remembrance.
